1. Define production goals and feasibility
We begin with the crop, location, sales channel and capacity target. We assess site suitability, power and water infrastructure, energy costs, labour and logistics. Technical growing feasibility and commercial viability are separate questions; investment planning considers both.
2. Facility design and system integration
Rack layouts, seedling preparation, growing areas, harvesting and dispatch flows are planned together. Staff hygiene transitions, maintenance access and water management are incorporated into the design. LED lighting, climate control, electrical capacity and automation needs are assessed within the same plan.
3. Installation, testing and commissioning
Systems are installed and integrated within the agreed scope. Equipment checks, monitoring and operational handover follow the project plan. Deliverables, site requirements, schedule and responsibilities are defined clearly during quotation and contracting.
4. Prepare the team for production
We plan the training and maintenance needed for your team to operate the system. Daily checks, cleaning access and ongoing support options are defined by project scope. Production start-up is considered alongside crop selection and operational readiness.
Plan production and purchase terms together
Through our collaboration with our supporters, we offer a purchase guarantee for crops grown to mutually agreed production criteria, under commercial terms agreed by both parties. Product standards, volumes, delivery schedules and purchase terms are assessed separately; this is not an unconditional purchase commitment for every crop or project.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in a turnkey project?
Design, integration, installation, testing, commissioning and training needs are assessed for each project. Included equipment, building works, support and responsibilities are specified in the quotation and contract.
Are facility costs or installation times fixed?
No. Area, clear height, target crop, capacity, infrastructure and automation level affect cost and schedule. A single price or delivery time cannot be given before defining the scope.
